We boast about our fresh-packed caviar because we package every order as it comes in. Some caviar retailers pre-package their large shipments for storage in smaller containers, which exposes the caviar to air. We don’t expose our caviar to the air until the final second. Everything is packed fresh and shipped only once you place an order. If you’re local, you can also pick up your caviar in person at our pick-up location.
We recommend consuming your imported or American caviar within two to three weeks if unopened with proper and constant refrigeration. Opened caviar should be consumed within two to three days with constant refrigeration for optimal freshness and taste. Store caviar in the coolest part of your refrigerator (typically the bottom shelf in the back) to preserve its quality.
