As a general rule we do not accept returns on caviar, caviar is a fresh product and we do not have control over it once it leaves our facility. However, we do guarantee the quality of our products, therefore you have 24 hours to let us know of any quality related issues with your product which means you any concerns must be filed within a 24 hour period after receiving your product. For an item to be considered for credit, your item must be in the same condition unused in its original package. You will also need a receipt of proof of purchase.
